Better Daze Smoke Shop is dedicated to exceeding your expectations. Our goal is to sell you only high-quality, reliable products. Should you experience a problem with an item you purchased from us, we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

      1. We use the industry-standard 14-day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or workmanship.
      2. Our 14-day warranty commences on the day of purchase, not the first day of use.
      3. Should you experience a defect within the 14-day warranty period, Better Daze Smoke Shop will either replace your item or issue a store credit for the full value of your item.
      4. Warranty covers defects ONLY and will not cover issues related to abuse, misuse, and normal wear and tear including scratches, discoloration, dirt, humidity or heat.
      5. Warranty does not cover buyers remorse, customer’s loss of pleasure, loss of enjoyment, any other obscure, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products.
      6. For safety and/or sanitary reasons, we DO NOT accept returns on the following:
        1. Rebuildable devices, atomizers, clearomizers, or their parts.
        2. E-liquid
        3. Drip tips
        4. Batteries
        5. Wick & wire
